So in general, 6 Hearts suffices to unlock each Girl's ARC and my approach has been to push the Affection level for each Girl to over 6 Hearts. However, the affection needed to start any specific Girl's ARC varies from 50 to 60 points. This guide will not address the specific amount of each Girl's affection needed for a certain events to trigger. Some events still must be manually triggered however, and these are noted in the ARC tables.

This Save-Game may then be loaded to follow a second Girl's ARC after a first Girl's ARC has been completed.Īs Gamer follows a specific Girl's ARC route, most events after Asaga's Birthday will be triggered automatically. Therefore, it is recommended that Gamer create a Save-Game when the Common Route has been completed. After Asaga's Birthday, the individual Girls' ARCs diverge. The initial sequence of events is termed the " Common Route" because these are the events required to be completed for all of the four Girls' ARCs. For the time from the fourth month through graduation, separate ARC route tables are provided for the events leading to completion of each Girl's route. The Walk-throughs focus initially on Sunrider Academy Events that a Gamer must manually trigger during the first three months of the Academy Year.

I wish we got more insight into the culture and society of the future world. This guide provides some game-play basics and explanations regarding several aspects of the game, as well as walk-throughs for the two phases of the game the Common Route plus the four Girls' ARC routes.

The first Cecilia ending I got was pretty unsatisfying: ending 10 Luckily, even though it seems to be considered a good ending, it's not Cecilia's best ending (the one with the extra CG). It took longer than I thought it would to get all the endings. I'm going to start Karma's route later today. I also want to know about certain story threads that went unaddressed in Rod's route that I assume will be in the others. (Having a sympathetic backstory helps.) I hope it's as good in the other four routes.

Even though she starts off totally unlikeable (intentionally), I still can't help but love watching her learn how to become a better person. I have to say, Lucette's redemption arc has been really satisfying so far. I also really enjoyed the interactions between Lucette and Emelaigne. It's almost enough for me to forget that Lucette and Rod are step-siblings.

They're surprisingly cute! Like they're having competitions over who can be more tsun. Tsundere protagonist + tsundere love interest = constant tsun-offs. The one problem I have with it (but it's the case with most DSims) is that there's no way to completely skip the busywork when replaying for other routes, I will probably just end it at two playthroughs, finishing Ava's and Sola's arcs - I don't care about Chigara and Asaga anyways, neither here nor in the main games.įinished Rod's route, both good and bad ( _ ) endings. You probably spend more time on managing numbers than with the actual story content, but the amount of story the game offers is actually pretty impressive. The dating sim mechanics are extensive and time-consuming at first, but they go much quicker when you get the hang of it (and even quicker once you max out the affection meters and don't get random encounters anymore). Also, surprisingly enough, the game doesn't only rely on throwing blunt references to main games in your face, much of it is quite subtle and (borderline) smart. I've only started Ava's route so far and I can't say I hate it - it's not at all serious, just like the whole game isn't, but it's fun to read and I like where the romance is going.

I've always thought that the heroines, other than Ava, were the weakest part of the whole series but here devs skipped the more irritating parts of the cast altogether and made the rest fairly appealing (apart from Asaga who I will never like because I hate the hyperactive/baka archetype). It has exactly the trashy feel you would expect from an ecchi spin-off, but the dialogues and character development are done better than in the main Sunrider games. I'm playing through Sunrider Academy (what am I doing with my life? :s) and so far it's.
